Found our new refrigerator!

With the help of Biff, the store manager, my family was able to find a refrigerator that met our needs. After our old refrigerator died on us last week we first thought let’s get a used one,  bought it from someone to find out it doesn’t work. Started looking at stores like Lowe’s, Home Depot etc but all the refrigerators that would fit in the small space available in our stuck in the 70’s kitchen we WAY out of budget. In comes American Freight and biff with the solution! We finally found one that fits our needs and budget however it didn’t work upon pickup. So Biff rectified the situation and was able to get us the same fridge that was actually less damaged for a price in our budget. All I can say is thank you for a great experience we will definitely be back for other appliance and furniture!

On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.

We always come back! Yesterday our deep freezer died. We were in need of a replacement quickly. We looked at Home Depot and Lowes but we couldn't get anything for another week. So, we called American Freight. Spoke to Biff, store manager. They had just what we thought we needed. Today we arrived and was greeted by Gavin. We looked at the freezer we thought we were going to get but, we found it was not going to fit our needs. Gavin showed us a few more. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We decided on the perfect one. Gavin shared with us all of the great benefits to purchasing the 3 year warranty. Of-course after our last failed freezer, how could we not get the added coverage. Gavin did an Excellent Job taking care of our needs. We are pleased, yet Again with American Freight. Thanks Gavin!

Several ppl @ American Freight (San Jose Blvd) were very pleasant and welcoming and even let is in 2 minutes before opening because they saw us standing outside (thanks Cynthia!). How KIND of them!...How Rare is that?! Nathan sold us a washer with a 5 yr. extended warranty.  Rod and Biff loaded our new washer at the convenient rear side of the store. We had a TERRIFIC experience at their store, and we needed that very much so because of all the extreme expensive other issues in our life. I'm sick of looking for a used washer when most used washers may have been over loaded and burned out, or maybe just not working bcoz things don't last very long since nothing is made in America any more. Parking was a breeze and so was pickup of our washer. I am Thankful to have found American Freight Appliances in my neighborhood. I HIGHLY Recommend them to all.
