American Freight is committed to the responsible use of forest resources, including the wood used during the manufacturing of our furniture products. We therefore encourage our suppliers to eliminate the use of wood materials from unacceptable sources and to progressively increase the amount of responsibly sourced materials including our preference for FSC certified wood, as well as other recycled and reclaimed materials whenever possible while continuing to meet the quality and value expectations of our customer. American Freight also recognizes the value of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), as well as other reputable, 3rd party organizations which track raw material chain of custody, as important tools that promote responsible forestry management.
