American Freight’s inception marked the beginning of a novel approach to furniture retailing. The first store opened in 1994 in Lima, Ohio, with the mission to provide customers with budget-friendly yet high-quality home furnishings. We did this by ditching the middleman and fancy frills to deliver you the best deals directly from the freight docks to your home. We have grown to be a major player in the retail industry, offering a wide range of products including furniture, mattresses, and appliances at discounted prices. Over the past three decades, we have weathered economic fluctuations, the pandemic, and changing consumer and industry trends, and have adapted to come out even stronger and more resilient each time.
